Desander is one of the is 3rd stage solids control equipments for oil drilling engineer. It can remove drilling cuttings ranging from 30 to 100 microns so that can remove the harm solid phase of the drilling fluid. This kind of product can meet the request of oil drilling technology and used widely in drilling operation.
Working principle:
under pressure, the slime enters the hydraulic cyclone at a tangent, driven by centrifugal force, the large granules move downward with the external eddy flow and form coarse-grain and high-density bottom flow product at the bottom flow outlet, while the fine granules move upward with the internal eddy flow and form fine -grain and low-density product at the upper down flow outlet, In this way, the goal of separating coarse and fine granules is achieved.
