How is delivery accomplished?
After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received.
Our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form.
If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided.
You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live help to verify the status of your delivery.
How do I check on the status of my order?
If you would like to check on the status of your order, simply log onto our live help and one of our customer service representatives will assist you straight away, 24 hours, 7 days.
I have ordered on the wrong server or character name. What should I do?
Please send us an email from your Paypal email address or contact our live chat representatives that you have placed the order from and include your Order number and the correct server or character name.
We will make delivery according to the new instructions given.

How to place an order –Offer Currency.
Placing your first order with WOWPOWERON.com is easy. Just follow these steps:
1). Select the quantity and Click on the "Buy Now" Button to place the item in your shopping cart found on the various game pages.
If you want to buy more than one item, click back to any of the game pages and repeat the first step. In your Shopping Cart you'll see the items you've added along with the total price. At this point you have several options:
- If you're changing the Quantity, use the Quantity box and click Update Cart.
- If you're Removing an Item, check the 'Remove' box and click on the Update button to remove that item from your cart.
Click "Checkout" when you're ready to place your order.
If you haven't an account yet, please check the 'Continue 'button, you'll be prompted to enter your shipping and billing address information delivery time.

How do I place a power leveling order?
WOWPOWERON offers both customized and pre-configured power leveling products and services for a variety of popular MMORPG games. To see what's available for your game, first select "Power Leveling" from the link bar at the top of the page and then select your game from the list on the left.
For the game selected, you will be shown a list of available power leveling products. You will also be asked to select the server you are playing on and if needed the class of your game character. If cutomized products are available, you will be presented with an additional menu of selection choices. After you've made your selection, a customized quote will be generated in terms of time and cost needed to complete the service. You may then choose to add the customized quote to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, or you may choose to start over with a new quote. In order to avoid potential confusions, there is a limit of one custom quote leveling purchase per order. If you have added a custom leveling quote to your shopping cart, adding a subsequent custom quote to your cart will replace the previous quote.
In addition to the customized quote, there may also be pre-configured products and services for the game you've selected. These will be displayed to you after you've made your selections.
During checkout, you will be asked to provide the login details of your game accout as well as a time which you would like us to start with your leveling service. It is important that you provide us with correct login information, as well as valid contact information so as to prevent unnecessary delays in processing your order.

How do I check on the status of my power leveling order?
The Power Leveling Report tool provides a powerful way with which you can track your character's leveling progress. It allows you to keep up to date with all that's happening without having to log on to the game yourself.
To access this tool, simply logon to your WOWPOWERON.com account, select "Power Leveling" from the link bar at the top of the page, and then click on the "Power Leveling Report" picture in the middle of the page.
The Power Leveling Report will displa a list of your power leveling orders. To see the detailed progress of any particular order, click on the "More ->" icon. A pop-up window will open to provide an in-depth view of all the current status of your character.

Payment Information
Do you accept debit cards?
If the Debit or Checking card has a VISA or MasterCard holographic logo on it, they are generally acceptable as payment through PayPal.
If the card is not a VISA or MasterCard, it may not be acceptable.
American Express also issues certain Gift/Debit cards, which are acceptable for use through PayPal.
I do not have or want a PayPal account, how do I pay with my credit or debit card?
We accept payments anywhere in the world using a variety of global and local payment methods, such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards. PayPal is our payment processor and you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal.
Once you confirm your order on our website, you will be automatically transferred to the PayPal.com secure website, where you can enter your credit/debit card information securely and finalize your payment without needing or creating a PayPal account. The process is just like how you would enter your credit/debit card information on any other site except you do it on the secure PayPal.com website. You can of course use your PayPal account if you have one, but it is not required.
When you submit a payment this way without using or creating a PayPal account, PayPal is acting only as a generic payment gateway, and not a e-wallet service.
Why won't my credit card work?
Credit cards can be denied for several reasons.
The most common reason is that the bank processing the card does not permit online transactions for security reasons.
You may contact your bank to enable your card to be eligible for online transactions.
Another reason is that a piece of information may not match when the payment solution checks the verification of the card.
In this instance contacting the credit card solution to determine why the card was not allowed to pass is the quickest way to solve the problem.
Credit cards from all countries may not be accepted and your country must be located in their permitted list in order to use the credit card merchant account service.
If you have previously entered your credit card when attempting to open a Paypal account, they will not accept the card unless it is used through the original Paypal account. The card cannot be used independently through Paypal outside of the account for security reasons.
How can I confirm my shipping address?

PayPal says my payment is complete, but my order says Awaiting Payment, why?
Like all websites that use PayPal for payment processing, WOWPOWERON must wait for PayPal to send us an electronic notification to signal that an order has been successfully completed. The technical term for this notification is called Instant Payment Notification and you can read all about it at https://paypal.com/ipn, but it all boils down to this: the notification is usually very quick, but sometimes very slow, and never instant.
Typically, after a customer places an order and completes a payment using PayPal, WOWPOWERON receives the "payment complete" notification from PayPal within seconds or at most minutes. As soon as WOWPOWERON receives this notification, the website automatically updates the order from "Awaiting Payment" to "Processing" and the order is then expedited to be fulfilled. Everyone is happy.
However, there are times when PayPal takes an unusually long time in sending the "payment complete" notification, some times up to 2-3 hours after the customer has completed the payment process. During this time, the customer may have received an email from PayPal confirming that the payment was complete, and may see in his PayPal account that the payment is complete. But since PayPal does not send the "payment complete" notification to WOWPOWERON in a timely manner, we have no way of knowing that the payment has been completed.
We cannot rely on the email notification from PayPal because emails can easily be forged. PayPal themselves adovate against using email as an indication of a completed payment for this very reason. PayPal also made recent changes to their system so that even if we were to login to our PayPal account, the newest transactions are not be available for viewing. So we are stuck without a way to verify that a PayPal payment has been completed.
We understand that customers feel extremely frustrated during this time and it apears that WOWPOWERON is refusing to process an order that a payment has been made for. But we hope our customers understand that since we rely on PayPal to tell us when a payment has been completed, this is a situation that we have very little control over. Luckily, these types of long delays are not frequent, and most payment notifications are received very quickly.
